Acesur’s Whistleblowing Channel allows any person from any of our Stakeholders to report to the Criminal Compliance Committee any suspicion of a possible irregularity or legal or regulatory breach committed by managers, employees or companies of the Group. This Whistleblower Channel complies with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption. To file a complaint with the competent authorities in these matters, you can do so through the ANDALUSIAN ANTI-FRAUD OFFICE (https://antifraudeandalucia.es).
